The Windows part of the User Interface holds at least one window, each window can contain a view. You can easily manipulate windows and make the layout that fit your needs.

A window can be freely resized.

Resize a window (option 1)
  1. Resize a window by holding on the yellow band between two windows then moving.
Resize a window (option 2)
  1. Resize a window by holding on its side or corner then moving.

A window can be made fullscreen or splited vertically as well as horizontally.

Manage a window
  1. Add a tab, close the current tab, make the window fullscreen, split it vertically or horizontally by clicking on buttons at its left down corner.

Views

Each window contains a view, that is a representation of a part of the current document. A window's view can be changed at any time.

Change the view of a window (option 1)
  1. Select the window by clicking inside.
  2. Change window's view using 'Menu bar > View > Set view' then selecting view.
Change the view of a window (option 2)
  1. Select the window by clicking inside.
  2. Change window's view by holding V then selecting view.
Change the view of a window (option 3)
  1. Change window's view by holding inside then in 'Set view' selecting view.

Tabs

Each window can contain one or multiple windows via tabs. You can freely create, close, move, extract or drop tabbed windows.

Create a tab
  1. Create a tab by clicking on the button or pressing Ctrl+T.
Close a tab
  1. Close a tab by clicking on the button or pressing Ctrl+W or -clicking on the tab name.
Move a tab
  1. Move a tab by holding on the tab name then moving to the left or to the right.
Extract a tab
  1. Extract a tab by holding on the tab name then moving to the top or to the bottom.

When extracting a tab, it becomes possible to move it to another physical screen. You can move it back to the original Guerilla window or another extracted window.

Move back a tab to a window (option 1)
  1. Move the window by holding on its title bar.
  2. Over other windows. The yellow zone indicates the window destination. Move it by releasing mouse button.
Move back a tab to a window (option 2)
  1. Move the window by holding on its center.
  2. Over other windows. The yellow zone indicates the window destination. Move it by releasing mouse button.
